A typical Operational enagement would be 1 to 3 weeks to review the issue, develop and impliment plan to resolve the issue. We will then come back to you after a couple of weeks to review with you. 

With a week of us working for you to help resolve the issue as defined in a clear statement of work with a defined outcome.

A minimum engagement would be 2 days.
