Protecting your information.

We will take resonable steps to protect your information safe personal information safe from loss, unauthorised activity, or other misuse. Such as ensuring all our partners have data protect policies in place and adhere to the United Kingdoms Data Protection Act 2018, and/or General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Accessing and correcting your personal information

You have the right to access your readily retrievable personal information that we hold and to request a correction to your personal information. Before you exercise this right, we will need evidence to confirm that you are the individual to whom the personal information relates.

In respect of a request for correction, if we think the correction is reasonable and we are reasonably able to change the personal information, we will make the correction. If we do not make the correction, we will take reasonable steps to note on the personal information that you requested the correction.

Withdrawing consent

Wherever we rely on your consent, you are always able to withdraw that consent, although we may have other legal grounds for processing your data for other purposes, such as those set out above.  You can do this by contacting us using the details set out below.

How long do you keep my data

Where we process personal data in connection with performing a contract, we keep the data for one month after expiry of your services, or if we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
